What is your turnaround time for custom wig orders?
Please allow 10-15 business days for Al custom wig orders. Business days are Monday-Friday only
(No weekends or holidays are included)
Do you offer wig installs? Does this apply to wigs that weren’t previously installed by you?
Yes yes and YES!!
We now offer wig installs! You can book your install on the “Book Online” page under closure wig install.
*If this is your first wig purchase, your FIRST install is free!
We do not offer frontal installs
How long is fulfillment for bundle orders?
Please allow 3-7 business days for processing and shipping on all hair orders.
*If you are purchasing hair in lengths longer than 20 inches, please allow additional processing time as longer lengths are considered pre-order
Do you offer wig maintenance on wigs that aren’t from you?
Yes we offer wig maintenance for all wigs! If the wig is not from us, we just ask that you send a picture to 866-386-2086 showing the condition of the wig to ensure you are receiving all the services you want and need.
What is your refund and return policy?
All Sales Are Final. We Do Not Offer Refunds Of Any Sort. Ifyou have any questions or concerns in regards to your order, you have 24 hours upon receiving your order to reach out to us
Can we bring bundles that aren’t from you for a wig construction?
Yes we offer BYOB (bring your own bundles). If you are reusing bundles we just ask that they are cleaned thoroughly of any glue, thread, etc.
